1. Shipping region and delivery time
    Shipment location: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Canada.
    Processing time: It takes 15 to 30 working days for inventory preparation and shipment after placing an order (excluding holidays). Special customized items may take additional time. We will notify you by email.
    Delivery range: Currently, we support domestic and international transportation within Canada (some countries may be restricted, and the settlement page will be automatically verified).
  2. Delivery method and cost
    Domestic (Canada)
    Standard delivery: 5-10 working days. Freight charges are calculated based on weight and region.
    Express delivery: 2-5 working days (extra charge required, only available in certain areas).
    International
    Delivery through carriers such as USPS/DHL takes approximately 10 to 30 working days (subject to specific customs policies at the destination).
    Customs duties/import duties shall be borne by the buyer. Please confirm the charges before signing for receipt.
  3. Order tracking and Delay
    After shipment, you will receive an email with the logistics tracking number, which can be tracked through the carrier’s official website.
    If the order is not dispatched within 30 days, we will contact you proactively (please check email [churchatory@coolartmall.com] or spam).
  4. Return and Damage Handling
    Unshipped orders: Cancellation can be applied for by email (please contact before shipment).
    Received goods issue
    Damaged or missing goods: Please provide photos and the order number to the email within 48 hours after signing for the goods. We will reissue or refund the goods free of charge.
    Returns require self-payment for shipping, and the goods must be in an unused state (except for custom-made items).
